The unusual trend of developers partnering with automobile brands is far from fading in the city of Miami. Bentley Residences is arriving in town to show what the real passion for luxury cars and homes will look like.
The dazzling condo tower will be in the adventurous Sunny Isles Beach. A seaside community where the gorgeous beaches and the sunshine of the barrier island are the main attraction. And this outdoor love might be one of the reasons why Bentley chose this location to settle in its lavish development.
The Bentley Residences high-rise is set to have 200 amazing units distributed in 60 stories. Each home will have in-unit parking spaces for up to four cars, which will be reached through an innovative, state-of-the-art automobile elevator.
The building is made for car lovers and people who enjoy having their car by their side, very close to their property. Each unit will also feature its own pool and sauna for residents to live the relaxation experience privately and within the comfort of home.
The building will be located in the legendary Collins Avenue, more exactly at 18401 Collins Ave. Likewise, this project will be the first Bentley-branded residential tower in the world, with the characteristic Bentley look and feel, looking forward to changing the game in the city for potential buyers who are willing to pay for a space filled with sophistication, lush lifestyle, and gorgeous beaches.
This promising project is expected to begin construction in 2023 and to be completed in 2026. Also, prices are set to start between $4 to $6 million approximately, and it will be built by Bentley in partnership with Dezer Development. As to the design, this will be in charge of Sieger Suarez Architects.
Dezer is no stranger to partnering with ultra-luxury brands, such as Armani/Casa and Hyde Residences, to offer an extraordinary living atmosphere. In the words of Gil Dezer, president of Dezer Development: “With Bentley Motors, we will create something inspiring, powerful and iconic — a true game-changer when it comes to high-end living.”
Bentley Residences is anticipated to be one of the most awesome luxury condo buildings in Sunny Isles Beach. And with a height of 749 feet, it will be the tallest beachfront residential tower in the U.S.
There is already an automobile-branded condo development: The Porsche Design Tower, also located in Sunny Isles Beach. However, it seems that these two branded towers will not be the only ones in Miami. Aston Martin Residences is currently under construction in the Downtown Miami area, built by G&G Business Developments.
