The Architecture

Arte’s uses his signature material, which is used both on the stunning exteriors and inside the comforting residences and is a warm, deeply veined impressive Roman travertine. Citterio commented that Travertine is a special stone used as a building material in Ancient Rome. It has a beautiful color with a great layering component unlike other types of limestone.

The beautiful façade is intricately used sliding glass doors, which feature a neatly gridded bronze Schüco window system. This frames the spectacular, unique views while still creating an important sense of comforting privacy and mind-easing security for residents.

The Residences
