Miami Beach encompasses North Beach, Mid Beach and South Beach, on the barrier island that makes up this premium piece of the Miami coastline. Over an approximate 15 square miles, the neighborhood has developed into one of America’s preferred resort and luxury condo cities. History also pervades through Mid Beach, which stretches from north of 23rd Street and Indian Creek to south of Surprise Lake and 63rd Street. With 41st Street cutting across the neighborhood, it wraps itself around Oceanfront, Bayshore and Nautilus. This is where you can luxury condos and other buildings of the National Register of Historic Places, such as the Art Deco building ‘The Bass’. It’s a recently-refurbished art gallery which exists since the 1930s.

The neighborhood reflects the rest of Miami Beach, but with a twist. While the artsy Faena District offers an excursion into culture, food and fashion, Mid Beach also has it’s more fun-filled side. It has its own selection of select restaurants, glitzy nightlife and eccentric bars. All the while, the lazy beaches and soothing water await and welcome visitors with swaying palms and a smiling sun.
